12' Gregor Welded Aluminum Boat with Yamaha F20 Engine in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Selling 12' Gregor Welded Aluminum Boat with a almost brand new Yamaha 20hp short shaft engine (10 hours). I will sell the boat with or without the engine. The engine was purchased from SG power last year and still has warranty.
The boat is 12' long with a 5' beam, perfect for crabbing of the beaches, or fishing on lakes in the Victoria area. This boat has been perfect for me but I have decided to upgrade to something a bit bigger for fishing with more passengers. The trailer is old, but works well for towing this boat around with a 1.5" ball. I will include a hitch with purchase. The condition of the boat is good, however the seats need to be replaced. I have factored this into the price.
