This pair of Tunstall jug-style vases dates back to the 1930s. I believe the pattern is called 'viola' or perhaps 'pansies'. It shows rich purple and white flowers on orchid and deep cobalt background. The inside is cream and brown. The style is art-deco and the handles are a jagged geometric lightning bolt shape.
The vases are in good used condition. There are no chips that I can see but there is some crazing from age. These are very collectible and unusual items and have the makers markings on the bottom (shown in one of the photos).
