This is a wonderful drawing of an iconic wintertime Chapel in Saskatchewan covered in snow waiting for a congregation.
Terry Kleemola, a listed Canadian artist since 1986 was born near Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, Canada. She is represented by:

Her teachers were Michael Lonechild and Jack Reid. Michael Lonechild taught her acrylics and Jack Reid watercolors, of course. Her studies in snow are so beautiful. I always thought Jack Reid was the best but so is she. (Please see my Jack Reid Lithograph 'Winter Sentry' and compare).
Terry is affiliated with the Aurora Art Guild in Saskatchewan since the early 80's and has exhibited and taught classes on how to paint.
