Large 1893 Framed Calendar The Better Land 33 x 24 in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Calendar from 1893 with large picture. It is not in great shape with some rips, that have been repaired from back, and fraying along the sides. Howeever, for its ageit looks presentable in the frame with defects not as evident.
Frame measures approximatley 33 x 24 inches. Two scratch marks on bottome of frame, slightly wider than a pencil line and about 1/2 inch. Could be repaired with furniture cover up.
Includes the poem "The Better Land by Mrs. Hermans. The poet was Felicia Hermans (1793 - 1835). Music composed expreessely for Mdm. Antoinette Sterling. (Antoinette Sterling (January 23, 1841 - January 10, 1904) was an Anglo-American vocalist who had a number of engagements in London).
Fine print includes Entered at Stationers Hall. Also Alf Cooke Her Majesty's Colour Printer Leeds.
