I am a single mum and my 4 year old son and have been at our current suite for over 4 years paying $950. We are only moving because our landlord needs the space for her own family.
Rent prices have increased a lot during the last few years so I'm hoping to pay around the same amount but am happy to provide cleaning/childcare/in-home assistance to make up the rest of the rent.
We are super clean and tidy, can provide great references and have never been late for a rent payment. I can also often pay some of the rent in cash.
