I am subletting a 1 bedroom suite for the summer, starting May 15 or June 1st and ending August 31st. The rent is $1200 a month + utilities. The suite would be perfect for a couple.
The suite includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It is a bright upstairs suite, quite spacious, and very well located on Quadra St near Mayfair Mall. There is an in-suite washer and dryer, and off-street parking.
Hydro is separately metered from the other two units in the house, and the upstairs suite pays for 1/4 of the building's water, as it is the smaller of the three suites.
