Victoria is a seasonal tourist city, so we operate as a short-term vacation rental from April 1 to September 30 and we open our space up to monthly rates from October 1 to March 31.
This beautifully furnished suite is complete with 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen, bath, living room, and patios. Both bedrooms each include Queen beds, closet, desk, side tables and lamps. Kitchen includes stove, fridge, dishwasher, and various kitchen supplies. Living room includes pull out sofa, lounge chair, coffee and side tables, LG TV w/ Apple TV, electric fireplace, and other small furnishings. Bath has glass shower (no tub). Upper Patio is exclusively for the upstairs tenants which include some patio furniture.
The yard is shared and includes a lower patio, rock garden, and vegetable planters. The yard is also full of seasonal herbs and fruits.
