Gorgeous Converted Camper Van in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

I love this van so much and I'm so sad to be letting it go. I converted this 1993 Dodge Caravan last spring and had an incredible summer touring around the island on it. Perfect weekend get-away vehicle for festivals, camping, and surf trips!
The Conversion:
The bench pulls out into a bed. The cushions are made with memory foam for a very cozy sleep.
Storage under the bench and bed.
Storage shelves in the living/bedroom.
Comes with custom curtains.
Kitchen in the back comes with butane stove, cooler, and water jug (as shown in pics). Lots of storage for kitchenware and food. Very well built and maintained.
Roof racks to throw your surf board, skis, etc or a roof top storage container.
The Van:
Mechanically sound and well maintained. Only 191,000km on it. It was owned by a senior before I bought it and the reason they were selling it was because she kept backing it into things, so there are a few dents and dings on the body.
I've had regular oil changes done in the three years that I've owned it and every time I take it to my mechanic he always says he can't believe how good of shape it's in!
Power windows and locks. Comes with two key fobs. All heat and air conditioning works.
The gas gauge has a little glitch that it does but it's still accurate and I can explain how I keep on top of it - it's super easy.
So good on gas for a van!! Tank of gas is about $75 and will last you 350-400kms of in town driving, or 450-500km of highway driving.
The van grunts and groans a wee bit. My mechanic says that it's normal for a vehicle this age and that it's not doing any harm to the vehicle. You could redo the suspension but I never felt it was worth it as it's never bothered me.
I put 4 new winter tires on her in January.
It comes with the actual van bench with seat belts. I put it in and out of the van when I need the additional seating. It's great to have the flexibility.
