Please find for sale our Ford Citation which is 28ft with a unique layout.
This Citation is not one of those "I think everything works" units, with the exception of the awning (I am sourcing a part as I type) everything works exactly as expected. Inside you will find a 4 burner top, oven, full fridge/freezer (which is recent), AC and Microwave. Display for all tanks and levels including LP, grey water, black water and battery condition.
This model sleeps 5 adults comfortably or 4 adults and 2 children.
The 2 rear beds can become one large bed also.
Bathroom with half tub and shower and toilet too.
4KW Genset also supplies power for all your needs. Genset can be started from inside :)
Interior is very clean.
Exterior is very clean.
Around 92,000 KM's - very well maintained.

We have a folder of receipts. Essentially, if it needs doing our rule is just do it.
All oil changes kept up to date and often done before required milage. Gas pressure checked last year for safety, road safety checked last year also.
This unit is a buy and use unit.. it breaks our heart to see her go.
We maintain everything we own and have loved and cared for this unit - we are honest and reliable people.
There is very little room to negotiate so please don't waste our time as we won't waste yours. This girl is worth every penny 10 times over and as you speak with us you will get a better understanding of why.
