1995 7.3L Diesel E350 House Truck in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Hey there everyone,
I am selling my labour of love "Toadstool". He is a 1995 E350 Box truck. It has a 7.3L diesel, which is regarded as one of the most bullet proof and reliable motors you can find. It also gets half decent mileage for the size of the truck. The outside I left a derelict exterior to be more stealthy in urban settings, it blends in well with other work trucks. However I do have 2 gallons of the paint, if you were so inclined to make it look brand new. The idea behind the build was to build something that would be large and feel very comfortable and spacious, yet be somewhat stealthy. In the two years of owning it, I have been hassled once, which was in a parking lot that apparently overnighters weren't allowed to stay in. Toadstool has taken me up and down the west coast, into the states, and all over Vancouver Island. The batteries and propane tank are stored in separate welded lockable boxes underneath the truck. - 32x,xxx km (7.3 diesels will last forever) Always starts up and has never given me any issues.
- 2 - T105 Trojan 6v batteries, wired in series to make 12V, 225 amp hours
- EPEVER 30A MPPT Solar Charge Controller + Remote Meter MT-50 Solar Charge With LCD Display for Solar Battery Charging
- 2 150W solar panels for a total of 300W
- Mr. Heater 10,000 BTU Vent Free Blue Flame Propane Heater
- RV 3 burner cooktop
- 20lb horizontal mount propane tank
- 12V Water pump supplying running water to faucet.
- 12V Cooler (draws very little power, cools 20 degree below ambient)
- 5 gallon fresh water, and 5 gallon grey water
- Maple butcher block counter
- Full XL mattress
