Metallica Floor Tickets w/ Pre-booked Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

I have two general admission floor tickets for the Metallica concert at BC Place on August 14th. Price is $210 each, which is exactly what I paid. Tickets are physical genuine issued from Ticketmaster, in the unopened envelope. Each ticket comes complimentary with a copy of the album "Hardwired... to Self-Destruct".
Also, I pre-booked a 2 bed room at the YWCA ($151.20) for 1 night (Aug14-15), right across the street from BC Place. There isn't a cheaper nor closer hotel for even half that price.

Though $420 is what I paid, higher offers (incl. alcohol) will be considered first.
