Looking for a woman over 50 to share my 4 bedroom home ....starting Sept or October.
You will have the house to yourself for the winter every year. I only spend spring and summer in Victoria...and even then, I am out most of the time. Someone will be available to manage the home in my absence....just in case anything needs repair etc.
Usually the home rents for $2400 per month...but I want to be free to come home every six months, and not look for new tenants every year....so that is why I am looking to share, rather than rent the whole thing. We will have 2 bedrooms each.$1200 plus utilities for 2 bedrooms and equal use of the rest of the home. ( your second bedroom could be sewing, craft room, office, storage?...not sublet to another person)
My house is located in the Colwood Lagoon area and has an Oceanview from the sunny balcony...facing SE. Walking distance to the beach, RRU, (trail entrance) bakery and bus stop is right out front. I am a non smoker, ...non partier, easy going, and respectful.
This rental is for one mature woman only...no smokers and no pets please....
$1200 plus 35% of hydro, and water. Basic internet, garbage p/u and shared laundry included.
