It features a balcony with mountain views, kitchen with updated appliances, updated bathroom, separate storage closet and a large living area with couch/tv area & small dining table. Espresso machine, wired ethernet/fast internet & hue smart lights also yours to enjoy.
Your room is the larger of the two bedrooms and measures 11x13ft with closet space. Lots of light but doesn't get too warm. Easily fits a queen sized bed with room for a desk etc.. Lots of room in the shared space for other furniture too, if you have other items.
Little bit about myself: I moved to Victoria this past fall and have really enjoyed it. I work mostly doing freelance web and digital design work and have a gig at a local restaurant that gets me away from the computer. I like skiing, camping, golfing and have been known to play some video games from time to time. Recently single and though my circumstances have changed I'd like to keep the apartment if I can find the right fit in a roommate.
Rent is $775 plus utilities (hydro + internet) which has thus far averaged about $50 per month. There is also a parking spot available with the unit. The property management company would require their standard application for all tenants but you'd be on a month to month term with no specific commitments.
