Me and my roommate are searching for a quiet, clean, respectful (no party animals) preferably student 3rd roommate for our full house including upstairs, downstairs, front yard, and backyard. Washer, dryer on site in basement. Room is furnished with bed, desk, and shelves and includes a closet too. The garage roof that doubles as a patio also has a charcoal BBQ. Located on cedar hill rd; walking distance to hillside mall and the bus stop which the 4 goes by and about a 5 minute drive to uvic and landsdowne camosun.
Rent is 1750+ultities/Internet. Roughly 600/person
