Looking for a roommate for my fully furnished 2012 built two bedroom two bath condo. This bright top floor condo boasts vaulted ceilings a large patio, in suite laundry, a beautiful view of the Olympic view mountain range and tons of privacy as the bedrooms are separated by the living/dining area and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The building is minutes away from lakes, the Westhills YMCA, walking trails and all amenities as well as major bus routes. Its central location makes it easy to hop on the highway to Sooke, Nanaimo or Vic depending on what kind of adventure you’re looking for. The space would be shared with myself. I am a very busy registered nurse who spends most downtime travelling,working out, or socializing with friends. I typically can say that I spend on average about two evenings a week actually at home and my roommate can attest to the fact that for the most part it feels like you live in the space by yourself! Looking for someone who takes pride in ownership, is social and has a life that too keeps them busy. The place can potentially be pet friendly for the right Tennant. The room has a bed a shelf and a side table with a lamp. Everything as far as housewares is also included along with internet, heat and electricity. There is a secure parking spot available for an additional cost as well otherwise there is street parking.
