It's a 2 bedroom basement suite, I have 1 and the other is being rented. It's a nice room with a large closet, perfect for a single lady or gent. The utilities are 50/50, its a great suite, with big windows so a lot of sunshine in the rooms. The rent is $500 and its located 5 minutes walking from the hillside mall and 2 supermarkets. 10 minutes bus ride to downtown or 15 minutes to the University of Victoria.
Decent size backyard, quiet neighbours and a great neighbourhood.
I like living there and I think any potential roommate would like it also.
