We have 1 room to rent in a house for $600 per month plus one third of utilities (water, hydro, internet). Available March 1st.
We are two guys around 30, one student and one professional, who live in a 3 bedroom house (one side of a duplex). The bedroom has its own bathroom, and the house also has on-site laundry, shared kitchen, living room, dining room, on-site laundry, a garage, yard, off-street parking, a basement/rec room and lots of storage space. The bedroom for rent is unfurnished by the shared areas are furnished.
It's at a good location to get to downtown, UVic or elsewhere: the corner of North Dairy and Cedar Hill. Across the street from Cedar Hill Rec Centre and the golf course and jogging trail, a few blocks from Hillside Mall, Thrifty's, and buses on Hillside and Shelbourne.
The place is suitable for a mature student or young worker who gets along well with others. Available March 1st on a month-to-month basis.
