Seeking share accommodations for 47 year old, responsible,reliable, bondable, employed male and his 2-yr old neutered and friendly Manx cat.
I work nights in health care, and am looking for a quiet environment to be comfortable and feel at home in.
I do not smoke or party and am sane of temperament.
Preferably male, clean, down-to-earth, dependable and responsible individual(s).
Location (Tillicum/Gordon Head/Fernwood) would ideally have a backyard or a terrace/balcony for some fresh air and the cat to go outside.
RENT: $500- $600
I would pay for my part of the utilities if not included in rent.
