Hi, my mom is in town to help me with a baby and I need to find her a shared accommodation to stay, so she could be walking distance to our place (we live right downtown).
Mom is 55 and is a very quiet gentle lady, who would be spending most of the time at our place. She would like a female roommate with no pets, or at least not pets that make a lot of noise.
She is very considerate, sweet person, who does not smoke or drink. Let me know if you think you have a furnished space for her to share with you. I will definitely consider paying more depending on the proximity/condition of the space too - thanks!
