Seeking Roommates for a Beautiful Spacious Creative Home in Victoria, British Columbia

Hello Victoria! We're looking for an awesome roommate for June 1. The space itself is a big old character home with hardwood floors, high ceilings, big windows and an enclosed back yard with garden and a big patio. The bedroom itself is a large (10x24) but dark basement room. Rent includes everything but internet, which is an extra $9 per month. No dogs or cats in this space but other pets will be considered.
We've got raised garden beds in the back and a garden in the front, grape vines, fruit trees, roses, wisteria and more. I'm just starting to plant some seeds and will pick up a few yards of soil. There's also a workshop space. We're right beside a bus stop (#6 and #8) and we're just a few blocks from quadra village (5-10 minute walk, 2 minute bike ride) and a few blocks in the other direction from a 24 hour grocery store.
We are a guy and two girls, all around 30. We've enjoyed living with people of all identities and orientations and we're looking for emotionally mature folks with good hearts and communication skills, who are inclined to presume good intent and like living with others.
