Seeking someone to fill the unfurnished master bedroom for September 1st. The room is bright, south facing, and spacious featuring double closet space. The apartment is furnished, bright, and spacious featuring a fully functioning wood fireplace, dishwasher, and a capacious patio.
The Apartment is centrally located 5 min walk to Welburns Market, 10 min walk to Logan's, Parsonage, Fernwood Square, and 15 min walk to downtown. Close to major bus routes including 14/15 and 27/28.
I'm seeking a chill, communicative, respectful, clean , and quiet roommate. Preferable for more long term occupancy but open to a short term situation if the person fits.
Rent is sent fairly firm at $760/month and includes hydro, heat, hot water, and high speed internet. Not pet friendly unfortunately.
