$598/month + utilities, one unfurnished bedroom in a two bedroom apartment available starting August 1st. Minimum 3 month stay. Comes with a rad, clean, easygoing roommate in his early 30s who works (often from home) as a web programmer and tutor.
Excellent location on Inverness Road, across from Rutledge Park. Minutes away from good bus routes and multiple shopping locations, but on a quiet street.

Kitchen cookware and dishes are provided, but there is cupboard space available for more. Similarly, the common areas have basic funishings, but there is space for you to add your own!
Utilities not included. Hydro ($10 - $30/month) and Internet ($64/month) split evenly between me and you.
References will be requested. Please respond with a little bit about yourself (e.g., age, what you do for work/school, whether you're interested in short- or long-term, etc.) and what you're looking for in a roommate. I'm especially interested in living with someone who would like to share meals and related expenses.
I am likely moving out at the end of October. If you'd like to stay longer than that, you would need to find a new roommate or take on the full rental yourself ($1197).
No smoking or marijuana use inside or on balcony. No pets (building is pet free).
