Large, cozy bachelor style room in two bedroom basement suite available for rent September 1. All utilities are included EXCEPT for the internet. No pets. The location is a 5-minute walk from Camosun College (Lansdowne), and about an 8-minute drive/bus ride to Uvic. It has a grocery store (Tomleys Market), coffee shop (Cafe Misto), and pizza shop (Hot House) directly across the street and the 15 and 7 buses stop directly in front. It is only a fifteen-minute walk to the Fort/Foul Bay Save-On-Foods. Each room is large enough that we have our own living room area (Bachelor), and we share a large kitchen and bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the suite. I am a full-time student and also work part-time so I am not home much. Ideally, I am looking for another student (although I am still open to non-students) and someone who shares a similar lifestyle (non-smoker, tidy, social drinks are ok but not a party house as I take my school seriously).
