I'm looking for a clean, respectful roommate (any gender) for a two bedroom upper floor suite of a house that is clean, close to Uptown shopping centre, and near all amenities and right on the major #50 bus route. The suite is available for rental starting April 1st. Rent is on a month to month basis, so there is no lease.

-$600, utilities incl. (not including WiFi -- WiFi is shared with the basement suite tenants; it ends up costing around $20 /month)
