All painted hardwood floors, top floor (2 story building), fully furnished (except the room for rent), 1 full bathrm, bright and right in the heart of fernwood (gladstone x fernwood). Aprox 980sq ft. The largest bedroom is for rent, on the corner with 4 huge windows. Street parking only. The 22 stops right outside the door. Geothermal heat/cooling, looks out over belfry theatre and Fernwood inn. The photos really do not do it jusice. Hydro and internet around $50/month comined.
About me; I am an early 30's male, 1st year electrition working full time. My son is 9 and comes every other weekend and we have an abyssinian indoor only cat. We are low key, clean and respectful ...the cat not so much of the later.
About you: You work or are in school full time, may have one child on shared custody. You appreciate and contribute to a clean, organized home, have a sharp sense of humour. When you have people over, it tends to be for a quite drink or 6, not a house party and you dont use hard drugs.
