Hello my name is Edward, and I am looking for a roomie to sublet a beautiful room in my 2 bedroom apartment starting May 01 until Sept 01.
I will be going away for the summer travelling and I am looking for a good fit for my roomie Alejandro.
Rent is $650 and it includes hydro and internet.
This is a large and bright 2 bedroom suite on the first floor of a beautiful house in an very quiet street. The location of this place is amazing. Its just 2 minutes away from James Bay Square which has has a 24 hr Thrifty Foods, restaurants/pubs, and coffee shops in the surrounding area. Its a 3 minute walk away from the ocean, and a 5 minute walk to Beacon Hill park.
The living room and kitchen is fully furnished. There is onsite Laundry and there is residential parking available on the street with the possibility of parking on the driveway. There is a bicycle parking in the back of the driveway and each apartment has a large storage space.
