The Room:
We have one fully furnished room with comfy queen bed and fiddle Leaf fig tree. There is a three piece bath (w/ tub) which will be 'mostly' yours.
About your roommates:
We are a non smoking, non drinking, quiet, kind and considerate couple who are living in one of the bedrooms in the basement. There is a single quiet woman living in the other room in the basement. The house is very well maintained and in an incredible location just a few steps to the Moss Street farmer's market and a three minute bike ride to the ocean or downtown. The common living spaces of the house are fully furnished, with a gas fireplace.
The House Rules:
We are an absolutely non-smoking household and we do not do drugs. Our house is chemical free, meaning we use environmentally friendly household products. We are into living a peaceful life and are looking for a single person for the room, *preferably female* - who resonates! We enjoy watching movies and having friends over for occasional pot lucks (once a month).
We have ample room outdoors if you like to garden / grow veggies if you are into it. The garage has plenty of storage space available and also secured bike storage as well.
Rent includes all utilities, in-suite laundry and high speed internet.
Short term is OK but 6-12 months commitment is preferred. Price for month-to-month is $850.
