I've just recenty rented a 2 bedroom apartment on Rockland and Linden. The space has a great layout and faces south, so it gets a lot of natural sunlight. Your bedroom is average size and has a nice big window and a closet. It's not furnished. We have a relatively big kitchen which is great if you like to cook. The bathroom is shared and has a new tub.
I'm in my late 20's and I work full time. I keep pretty active with outside or with sports, yoga and friends. I like to keep my home tidy, cozy and welcoming. All I ask if you clean up after yourself and share the housework when necessary. At home I like to cook, read, watch movies, craft and listen to music and podcasts. This is not a party house, though I like my cider and occasionally wine on the weekends.
Ideally I'm looking for a roommate around my age with similar interests who is responsible.

Heat and hot water are included, internet and electricity are extra.
My guess would be $30/m internet and $25/m electricity maximum.
Short term or long term rental is okay, just let me know!
Also I don't have a cat, but nice cats are allowed.
