Hello, I'm Aedan :) I'm a 32 yr old social worker
I'm in need of a roommate as of Feb 1st (or close to that date)
The suite is on the top (3rd) floor of a house. There are two bedrooms (one is mine), a very large bathroom with tub and huge mirrors, a full kitchen, two living rooms (kinda, you'll have to see) two balconies with beautiful views (one small, one medium) lots of storage and laundry is in the building and free.
The house is fully furnished and there is a bed in the room. If you have your own, we can move this one.
Centrally located on Burnside at Douglas, 5 minute walk to Mayfair Mall, 5 minutes walk to major bus routes and Spoons restaurant, 10 minute bus ride to downtown.
Rent is $750 everything included (incl wifi)
The ceilings are definitely different, but I'm 6'1 and I don't have too many problems with them!
A bit about me; I'm a 32 year old social worker. I commute to Duncan where I work days, full time (or more), so I'm not home all the time. I like to stay active and be social. I have friends over for drinks occasionally, but nothing rowdy and not very often. I'm happy for you to do the same, we'll just have to see what works for both of us. I like to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, but I'm also into actually living in the space!
