Room for rent in family home for student accommodations. Best thing about it. . .. . ..you have your own living room to hang out in; your own dining room AND LARGE FULL-SIZE KITCHEN with abundant cupboard space -- that's right no hot plate or bar fridge!!! high-efficiency washer/dryer and a 3-piece bathroom. YES and comfy queen bed!!!!! Your space is about 950 sq ft., bright, new, clean and very comfortable. You will share your space with another student. We are providing a safe, and friendly home for you to do your studies. Included in your room rent of $625/month is hydro, hot water, basic TV and internet.
One room is available August 2nd and the other September 1st.
We are walking distance to Royal Roads University, Westshore Mall, movie theatre, library, JDF Rec Centre and the local bus system. One bus ride to downtown Victoria to the numerous English as second language schools. Two bus ride to Camosun Interurban, Camosun Landsdowne or the University of Victoria.
We are a blended family with 4 kids in grades 8, 9 and 11. At times there will be 4 kids in our part of the house, one or the other set of 2, or no kids. The 12-lb guard dog (pug/chihuahua) is not a yapper, but lets you know when someone is at the door. The kitty, is just a scaredy cat. Both animals are sweet-heart cuddlers. We are non-smokers, rarely drink or entertain. We enjoy movies, board games, vids, sports, bike rides, going outdoors and camping. Expect to hear some family and kid noise.
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy; caring, honest, trusting, and fun people.
Sorry no smokers, no pets -- druggies and boozers need not apply.
