Room for Rent in beautiful James Bay - May 1st in Victoria, British Columbia

We are looking for a new room-mate (or two). My 5 year old son and I live in a cozy clean apartment in beautiful James Bay and we'd like to rent out our spare room again.
Our previous (wonderful) room-mates are moving back to Japan and we'd like to find someone new for May 1st.
If it is just one person it would be $475. If it was two people, it would be $625. The room includes a bed, closet, window and desk, linen, towels, wifi and all utilities. Shared bathroom, coin laundry and use of the kitchen and all it's amenities.
You need to be good and kind and honest and open to living with a very charming (and busy) 5 year old boy. He's here 4 days/week.
Our James Bay apartment is walking distance to grocery, bank, post, Beacon Hill Park, Dallas Road, the beach, downtown. There is a bus stop right around the corner. It is a great location.
