Room for rent in a basement suite $520 a month + internet ($55 I'm pretty sure) Located on Hillside and Fifth St.
So here is the situation, roommate found another place to live with a view Sooooo, there is two choices, either move in on May 1st (or sometime during May), or move in on June 1st, but that is completely up to you!
Now down to business!
-1 year lease
-Landlords awesome
-Washer and dryer shared with upstairs(free)
-Only one parking spot(shotty! been living here for four years), but there is residential parking just one street up.
-No pets(sorry peeps I asked just recently, unless its a fish or a hamster its a no go)
-No smoking inside(if you smoke that's fine, but if you smoke inside ima tattle on you)
- Walk out the door and the number 4 and 6 bus are right there.
-Fairways, Cascade Liquor store, and Macs convenience right across the street.
- 15-20 min walk downtown
A little about myself, I'm a 27 year old male who's an Apprentice plumber. A normal week for me is sleep, work, gym, some sort of entertainment(Video games, Netflix, Reading). During the weekend i either don't get up to much, or I'm not home at all, I never know whats gonna happen.
-Who I'm looking for is either a guy or girl somewhere around my age who can make rent on time and clean up after themselves (common areas)because lets be honest we're grown ups, there is no reason that your dishes should sit in the sink for a month. -Someone who doesn't plan on throwing parties every weekend.
-I'm a pretty easy going guy, so not much bothers me, but maybe try not being loud during week nights because I've gotta be up by 5:30am.
All said and done this place is a steal for Victoria's renters, even if it is only a basement suite. I don't have any pics at the moment, but i'll put some up when I get a chance.
p.s. Also no sage burners, that stuff stanks
