About your roommates:
We are all in our early and late 20s, working full time and/or studying, You would be living with 1 male and 2 females. I have never struggled with our shared spaces as we all have very different schedules. We do like to hang out and go out for dinner sometimes. We are looking for someone who shares our lifestyle, we are clean, respectful and have great communication.
For sale:
-The double bed for you would be $200
-There is a desk and office chair together sold for $30
-Closet rack is being sold for $20
- 3 drawer dresser: $20
If you don't want any furniture everything will be taken out :)
International students welcome, references will be required.
Preference will be given to those who can move in in July and would like some of the furniture.
UPDATE: There will be an open house on Sunday June 30th, 11 am-1 pm and Wednesday July 3rd at 5:30pm. We will reply with the address :) Our landlord unfortunately won't allow couples. If you are not yet in Victoria, we can't face time, etc as we and the landlord would like to meet you.
