1 fully furnished single room available for rent from July 2018 close to Beckwith Park. Best suited for single female students or working professionals.
Rent - 800$ but free for the babysitting help.
We have recently been gifted with a baby. We both, husband and wife work from 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday, and would need a nanny or a babysitter from November - when the
baby will be 8 months old. Our parents are here to help with the baby till October.
We would waive off the entire rent if we get a reliable and children loving person who can take care of the baby when we are at work. A lady will be there in home all the time to supervise, she's old and can't handle a baby.
No Pets, Non-smoker only.

- 2 min walk to bus stop - Bus No 6 at Quadra.
- 3 Km to Royal Oak Exchange, 2.5 Km to Quadra and Makenzie intersection, 2 km from Shopping centers ( Country Grocer, Shoppers and many more), 6.5 Km to UVic

4. You would be free to use to the kitchen, the big back yard or the front space.

The house will have a lab puppy as part of our family, remains on deck and in the back yard.
No lease required. Long term stay preferred but depends based on the situation.
