One bedroom available in 2 bedroom apartment in North Park (between downtown and Fernwood). Looking for someone for July 1st preferentially but August 1st can be arranged.
The apartment gets great light since its a corner apartment and no noisy neighbours above since we are the top floor! We are literally across the street from 2 amazing food trucks and lots of other great restaurants. The place is 5 min walk to the downtown core, on a ton of bus routes (25 mins to UVic) and bike routes/lanes (25min bike to Uvic). The kitchen and bathroom were renovated recently and has newer carpet that is in great shape. The place is furnished except for your bedroom (excuse the photos of the room, my roommate is packing up).
Rent is $812 (half of $1625) with heat and hot water included, hydro and internet is not (combined ~$30 a month). I am a 24 year old female who works at Uvic who likes equally hiking, HBO and game nights with friends (you would be welcome to join!). If interested please shoot me an email about yourself!
