Hi I'm Quinn!
I'll be starting a new job on the very outskirts of Duncan very soon.
Seeking a room for rent in the $200-$400 range.
I'm a quiet adult. I have no pets. I am completely straight edge, meaning I do not drink alcohol, do drugs of any kind or smoke at all.
I'm hoping to find a place in Duncan Or Sahltam areas. I need a room with one parking space, internet and access to laundry (not coin op!)
More about me: I am starting a new and professional job, I am very clean. Currently on a water only diet/no other liquids, so no need for huge recycling, just access to clean water.
I live very minimalistically. I don't like to upset or bother anyone as much as possible.
I've lived in the same house for 7 years and have tons of character references.
I would like to avoid signing a lease/rental agreement as this new job is a 3 month, full time trial.
Just looking for a warm place to sleep, use my computer and park my car for 3 months.
I have never been late or missed rent in the past 7 years I've been renting.
