This apartment is shared with one other tenant (myself), absolutely no drugs and not 420 friendly. No party animals.
This listing is for either a student with expenses covered or someone with a steady job male or female. You need to be clean of yourself and your surroundings and hopefully laid back.
The private room is a good size and furnished with bed and desk, includes a good size closet.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes a full bathroom, full kitchen utensils, hi speed internet, electricity and hot water.
The 'hood is Fernwood and is clean and laid back as well.
One block away is the bus, shopping, restaurants and more, this is less than 15 mins (walking) from downtown.
I work on the phone from home so the living room becomes my home office at that time and i need a quiet environment,
