We are seeking additional roommates for our spacious house for November 1st. The space contains its own living area, bathroom, and bedroom, and the kitchen and laundry is shared with other roommates. Very close to bus routes, shopping malls, and grocery stores. Lots of outdoor space and a large deck for bbqing and entertaining. We are graduate students and working professionals and want to maintain a clean and respectful space that everyone can enjoy. The rent is $934 for the entire space, not including utilities, and it is perfect for a couple wanting their own space and privacy within a house or an individual wanting a larger space to themselves. There is an option for the right people to include a smaller office as a bedroom if there are two people wanting separate bedrooms in the house. A 6 month lease would be required to be signed upon moving in. We have had good luck with great roommates in the past and want to keep it up!
