Cozy family home located in the heart of Fernwood.
Home owner lives downstairs with two elderly dogs that occasionally visit, while two students live upstairs.
Looking for a third student / quiet friendly easy going individual to join our household.

This home offers a relaxing communal space.
The shared living room has an old small television & plenty of VHS's to indulge in. & if you are one who loves to read, there are plenty of books to flip through.
Note*
If you are one that is mindful about the products they expose themselves to here, you can feel at ease. We are a chemical free home, meaning all of our cleaning supplies are either homemade, bought from Nezza Naturals located on lower Johnson street, or purchased from Young Living.
That being said, we ask that eco friendly individuals to apply.
For health reasons we do not use perfumes .
We are very serious about the cleanliness of the home.
So if you are not a naturally clean individual, this may not be the space for you.
There is a back garden. Feel free to use.
We are offering a small room over looking the backyard for $750 a month furnished
Or non furnished for $650 a month
Top floor is a 3 bedroom, one bathroom
All inclusive
Downstairs holds the washer & dryer.
Damage deposit is 1/3 months rent -
No smoking. No heavy drinkers.
