It is a very quiet street with quiet neighbours and is around the corner from cafes, pharmacy, markets, Save Easy, post office, restaurants, Oak Bay/Fernwood. 15 minute bike ride/bus downtown or to Dallas beach. This is a pet/smoker/drug/drama free home. On direct bus lines to UVIC/Camosun. Washer/dryer in unit. You would be living with a friendly, considerate, female psychotherapist.
