Hey there,
I am looking for a new roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment starting September 1st.
The place is located in the heart of Oak Bay. It has grocery stores within walking distance, bus stops right outside, and much more!
The ground floor apartment is recently renovated, in a quiet,
non-smoking building. It has a good amount of living and storage space with off-street parking available.
I am a mid-twenties working professional who enjoys spending time outdoors and time with friends. My partner, who will be joining us after 2 months, is a recent graduate and has similar interests.
Rent is $650/Month which includes all utilities. Ideally I would like to find someone for 6 months, with the possibly of extension if things go well.
