Looking to fill a room in my two bedroom apartment located two blocks south of Hillside Mall. Looking for either a single tenant or a couple. Rent and utilities are all split evenly regardless of the number of roommates. One person would be 750 each for everything included, two would be 500 each for everything included.
The apartment is located on major bus routes to downtown and UVIC, is a 5 minute walk from Hillside Mall, and a 15 minute walk to Camosun Lansdowne.
