Responsible roommate needed to share two-bedroom apartment. Rent is $775 per month which includes internet, utilities, off-street parking, fitness area and coin laundry. Apartment is furnished except bedroom in question. Location is Shelbourne-Mackenzie area - tons of amenities nearby, including transit and grocery stores. I'm new to Victoria, a 21-year-old male who works with kids on the autistic spectrum. I'm easy going and have a good sense of humour. I have no gender, race, or age preference for a roommate, but I do insist on mutual respect and communication. I'd prefer immediate occupancy, but that's negotiable, as is term.
