Four bedroom, three bathroom house located on a quiet side street directly across from Hillside Mall and very central location for UVic/Camosun students and also direct bus (#4) to downtown etc. The bedroom for rent is the only bedroom on the main floor and has full bathroom across the hall (other bedrooms have their own bathrooms upstairs so fairly private).
