Looking for a housemate starting January 2019 in Victoria, British Columbia

My housemate will move out from January 2019. That’s why I am looking for a replacement housemate starting January 1st. It is a two bedroom apartment located on the Cook-Hillside intersection, on the path of buses number 4 and 9. This is an ideal location in terms of public transportation for students as bus No. 4 starts working early in the morning and continues to operate regularly during day and night. Having a car is also not an issue as there is cheap parking available on-site (10$/month). It is a peaceful and quite apartment, and you will share the place with only one other person which is me. Rent is 700$/month including heat and hot water (Internet and hydro are excluded and used to be around 40$/month in the last couple of months).
I am a UVic grad student in my late 20 majoring in Civil Engineering and have a busy schedule these days, which means I spend most of my time at the university. I prepare my meals; however, I try to stack up food for couple of days, so I occasionally use the kitchen for a while. I try to keep the apartment clean and expect the other person to have the same sense of responsibility. I also value mutual respect and ready to live with anyone who shares the same viewpoint.
