Long-term Room Rental Search for Female and 30lb Cat-like Dog in Victoria, British Columbia

Hey there,
I am in search of a long-term rental in Victoria or surrounding area, preferably near Cook St. Village. Can be duplex, basement, apartment, condo, house etc. Give or take, around $800/month, if possible.
I am a non-smoking, non-partying, fully employed, Female with a 30lb cat-like dog. With 12 years of professionally working with dogs, my dog is incredibly well-behaved, quiet, and fully house-trained (plus, crate trained). Additionally, during the day, she comes to work with me. -- I tend to keep to myself, but do enjoy watching movies, playing board games, and freestyle training with my dog in my free time.
Ideal living situation would include:
- Shared/In-site laundry
- minimum ceiling height of 7'
- Full Fridge and stove (a deep freezer would be a bonus as my girl eats raw)
- Hydro and H/W included
Looking to move in July or beginning of August.
