We have a lovely room available on the top floor of our sweet rental house. The house is right next to the Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary, minutes from Up Town mall, and on two direct bus routes. We are close to three different grocery stores and right next to the Lochside bike trail. We have a back and front yard, lots of parking, and a garage to store a few things or work on projects. Our household consists of a chill couple downstairs in their own suite, along with a student and working professional upstairs and very well behaved dog. The top floor has a large open living room and dining area and a good big kitchen.
