Looking for a quiet, clean, organized, non-partying, non-smoking, mature, full-time working professional, graduate student or international student, to share my 2 bedroom furnished apartment in Cook St. Village with me and my gentle, non-shedding, well-trained dog. The apartment is south facing and gets a ton of natural light. Hardwood floors throughout. Shared bathroom. Apartment on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey building. Unfortunately, only one dog is allowed. LGBTQ+
The room: Also south facing. 14ft x 12ft. Unfurnished. Hardwood floors. Large closet with 3 rods to hang clothes and built-in shelving for folded items/storage. Room faces the lawn bowling club.
Rent includes internet and hydro. There is ample street parking. Building has a locked bike storage room. Laundry in building - $2 wash, $2 dry.
Close to Dallas Rd., Beacon Hill Park, downtown, all the shops and restaurants in the village; the #3 and #7 that go to UVic.
