Large room in 2bdr house with private entrances/sauna/driveway, ocean views in Victoria, British Columbia

I'm leaving Victoria for 6 months and am subletting my bedroom in a spacious two bedroom, one bathroom house from March 1 or 15 until August or Sep, dates flexible. The bedroom is large with full windows featuring ocean views, private sauna/sauna room in the room, has 2 private sliding door entranceways to the backyard and private driveway, with a shared living room with TV/Netflix/PS3, full kitchen with stainless appliances, Vitamix, propane BBQ, full laundry as well as storage. Access to 2 kayaks with accessories, 5 minute drive to drop them in the gorge for a paddle. The room can easily fit a king or queen as well as 2 desks/workspaces or couches and TV for a separate private living room in your room. Lawn chair seating area in the front yard with views of the Olympic mountains and ocean inlet, iron stove firepit in the backyard.
Community center with full new gym facilities right across the road from the house, $20 a month membership, its never busy and you can see into the gym right from your bedroom. Located in Esquimalt on Admirals Road close to Craigflower, short bike ride or drive downtown, or a short drive to the highways to head up the coast or upisland.
You'll be sharing the house with a young professional in his mid-twenties, friendly, laid back and easy to get along with, into mountain biking hiking skiing longboarding, R/C Hobbies and music. I've lived with him for 5+ years and we're great friends. He's clean and respectful, and looking for the same in a roommate. The atmosphere around the house is very laid back and social but the room is very private and given the private entranceways and access to laundry its easy to have your own space.
$800 rent + 1/2 share of BC Hydro (every 2 months so will only be 2-3 payments) and Shaw high-speed internet
The house is pretty unreal, we get compliments by everyone who comes around, saying they can't believe we found a place as sweet as this. Get ahold of me asap to come meet us and check it out.
