We are looking for a third roommate for our place in James Bay. The apartment is a 3bedroom, 1bathroom ground floor suit located on Dallas Road, a couple blocks from the breakwater. Your roommates will be two sisters (29 & 25) that work full-time and a small cat. We are professional, clean, quiet and conscientious, we expect the same.

* Smoking must be done outside

Full disclosure, the building doesn't insulate sound well at all so you may hear the doors open and close and the neighbors upstairs from time to time. Sounds within the suit carry exceptionally well so parties, frequent late-night company, or partners that expect to spend a lot of time around the apartment are deal-breakers for us. That being said, we are a laid-back couple of gals and you can expect the same respect from us.
